The Markandeya Purana has been called the seventh even under the Purana calculations done in the Padma Purana. Prakritiswarupini Devi is the original driving force of this world, it is the goal of Markandeya to propound this belief. Therefore, the Purana which indicates the power of Prana and Agni form contained within the house and the universe is Markandeya. Prakriti Rupa Devi, the 61st chapter of this Purana, has mentioned her figures in sevenfold. The order of Markandeya is said to be seven because of rendering these seven incarnations as Nanda Raktdantika, Shatakshi, Shakambhari, Durga, Bhima and Bhramari. Not only this, the battle of the seven mothers has also been described in the Markandeya Purana. Markandeya Rishi is the speaker of the original stories mentioned in this Purana. The narrations of Harishchandra, Madalasa and Alarka and Dattatreya have been given for the representation of Prakriti Dharma, in which the subjects related to Yoga have also been described. After this, there is a description of creation, catastrophe, Bhuvan kosha, dynasty, manvantara, etc. In the end Markandeya will make the fruits of Purana. Shruti has been said. I hope readers will take advantage of reading this and find my result meaningful.
