1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Pre-Shipment Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping.
- Contact us at durgapustakbhandar1998@gmail.com or +919580845500 to request cancellation.
- Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after approval.
1.2 Post-Shipment Handling
- Cancellation is not available once shipped.
- Refuse delivery or follow return process (see Section 2).
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Return
- Returns not accepted if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
2.2 Return Procedure
- Email or call with order number and issue details.
- We’ll share return instructions within 48 hours.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
2.3 Refund Process
- Refund initiated after product is received and inspected.
- Amount reflects in 5–7 business days.
3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order separately.
